Hi Neighbors, looking for someone to take over my lease or sublet to rent for a studio apartment at The Standard Assembly.
- The lease terms runs through October 16th, 2026 with a potential to renew. Im fairly flexible to move out and have my lease taken over starting on March 30th, but looking to have it taken over no later than May 20th.
- Everything included is about $1,720 ($1,503 Rent; $140 community fee which includes internet, pest, trash, parking, etc; ~$5 building utility; ~$25 Water; and ~$45 electricity through NES).
- The location is on one of the upper floors, looking north towards downtown. The apartment is located in the northern part of Wedgewood-Houston, next to many other shops, apartments, walkable to the Geodis stadium, and just minutes ride from downtown.
- This apartment community and management has been the best that Ive been around with plenty of community events in and around the building, as well as maintained very well. Wonderful and welcoming for all ages, but especially if youre a easy going professional.
