It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom in-law apartment unit. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with new fridge and induction stove, one bathroom, bright bedrooms with a walk in closet, washer/dryer, air conditioning and a separate entrance. The apartment is available April 20th. Rent is $3000 a month. All utilities are included: internet, H2O, trash, PG &E and house cleaning once a month. Dogs/Cats are welcome
