-20 minute walk to USC Campus
-1 bedroom in a 6 bedroom house
-Any gender welcome
-Graduate student housing - undergrad students also considered, but require additional approval
-House has 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, parking, laundry, front porch
Available furnished or unfurnished - its up to you, but the security deposit will be a bit more if you choose furnished.
Rent: $1100
Security deposit: $1000 ($1300 if furnished)
Available as soon as May 1st. End date negotiable - if youre a graduate student, you can also take over the last few months of my lease and then extend your lease into the next semester/school year.
