An off-street parking spot and private bathroom are included, as well as access to a furnished shared kitchen and living room. The room has its own AC, and the house is right next to Georgia Techs campus with great access to Midtown and the rest of Atlanta, including a very convenient MARTA route to the airport. Theres a Lidl right down the street and a handful of bars and restaurants in walking distance. All roommates are nice, tidy and easy going.
