Looking for a summer sublet to stay in my room in the range of May 15th - August 21st, 2026. The house is a 5 bed/5 bath in Home Park, perfect for students working around Midtown this summer, friendly folks looking to catch a World Cup game, or anyone else! I can be flexible with rent to make your situation work. Were located right next to GTs campus, about a 20 minute walk/10 minute bike/8 minute bus ride from Peachtree St. and the Midtown MARTA station, so youll have great access to the rest of Atlanta. Theres a Lidl just down the street, and a handful of bars and restaurants in walkable distance. A parking space is included, as is your own bathroom, access to a fully stocked kitchen and living room. My room also has its own AC unit, so youll be cooler than most apartments can get in Atlantas heat. We dont know how many current roommates will be staying this summer, but everyone is decently tidy and very easy going.
