About the room
Quiet Living in 19128 close to Center City, Transit and Suburbs Enjoy a bedroom in our 2bedroom 1bath ~1200 sq. ft. apartment. Your room features a new/never used (purchased in 2025) King bed with a power-adjustable base, Dyson HEPA fan, and has newer carpeted floors and a closet with nightstand and chair. Common areas have sofa(s), chairs, a 65 smart tv with streaming apps and cable, record player/speaker system, and the comforts of access to an outdoor deck space with a table with chairs. Washer and Dryer are in the kitchen, unit has dishwasher, full kitchen, air fyer, table, open bar, central air, and great overall light (windows in each room slider to deck in common space. Living room includes a record player! Our collection isnt great yet so please bring your vinyl and play us something cool. We have a decent sound system in the common space and we value music or tv over silence sometimes.

Location is unbeatable for nature lovers: direct access to Wissahickon Creek/Forbidden Drive for hiking, walking, biking and sporting facilities as well as many parks within a 5-10 minute walk or drive. We are 20 mins from Center City (Septa bus at the enterance) and minutes from Jefferson University-East Falls, Manayunk, Plymouth Meeting, Conshohocken.

All utilities, internet, and access to streaming tv services are included in rent. Option to purchase bed and other furniture associated with room for oneself also possible (we can move current furniture out if you have your own).

We all share a bathroom, more on that and the 2 cats later.

We all have a drawer and you will have an entire side of the counter because we are nice. We can decide the cleaning maintenance schedule as needed but it is a joint and communal effort for common spaces.
