Cabinets & shower may be a different color/material depending on what photo one is looking at. There is an in-unit washer/dryer, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, and dishwasher. Unit is furnished, though pictures with and without furnishings are uploaded.

The unit is a ~10-15 minute drive from the SLU campus depending on traffic. Ample street parking is available. There is a dumpster out back. Each tenant also has their own personal locked mailbox. Door to unit unlocks with a physical key. Additional utilities tenant is responsible for include internet & electric. (Water, sewer, and trash are included in rent.)

SLU graduate student was living here (had no issues, liked it, maintenance is typically timely---resident had not been charged additional fees whenever maintenance was needed), but had to move home halfway through lease due to family emergency. Is now posting this in case anyone is interested in subleasing a room until August.

NOTE: Interested parties would have to be put into contact with the landlord (1904 group) and meet application, screening, and approval standards before being allowed to sublease/move in.
