Our home is a simple 2 bed, 2 bath semi shot gun style home. It can comfortably fit 4 people. The kitchen is brand new. The back room is a study area. The living room has a piano. There is a big side yard and large back yard. We live right next door. We also have 4 lovely chickens. We have only had one tenant so far. Its got very basic amenities and furniture for now, but wed like to add more as we go. Were fine with pets as long as they are trained and docile. The spare room does have a bed, I need to update that picture.
