Looking to sublet my room at Riverwind at Alafaya just down the road from UCF main campus. Private furnished bedroom and bathroom in a 4 bed 4 bath apartment. Currently 3 other male roommates.

$929 a month, electric included (except for any overages). Free internet. Prorated first month (you only have to pay a proportionate amount of your first months rent depending on move in date.)

Current lease runs until July 31st but you have the option to renew for another year (August 1st 2026-July 31st 2027) for only $799 a month. I will pay your application fee.

All furniture pictured in included. Queen mattress with bedframe, dresser with 6 large drawers, nightstand with 2 drawers, desk chair, and if you want a desk maintenance can provide one for free.
