Subleasing my cute apartment from beginning of June until October 20th (must be full term). The unit is very spacious, quiet, and clean. Has a working fireplace, large deck, great lighting, and lots of extra storage. The complex has a gym, two pools, is pet friendly, great staff, and free parking. Ive loved living here. I would truly love to stay here but I got offer elsewhere, but its been my favorite place Ive ever lived. Absolute steal in this area of town too, super walkable neighborhood and very accessible to Barton Springs, Zilker Park, downtown, South Congress, etc. Bed is a king size for reference of how large the bedroom is, and has a spacious walk in closet with three extra closets throughout unit. Can be partially furnished if desired.
