Private room with closet. Living room is shared by anyone. Kitchen needs to be cleaned after use and returned to state it was prior. House and bathroom are regularly cleaned please keep your room and bathroom clean after use. You will need to park on the street if you have a car. 3 others in the house including myself. All are quiet, respectful and keep to themselves and clean up after each other. Ideal tenant shares those characteristics. Background check required for serious applicants.
