Looking for somone to sublet our cozy, top-floor, 2 bedroom, Eastern suburbs apartment for 2.5 months.
Our balcony, living room, and main bedroom all have ocean views, and our apartment is filled with books, plants, and midcentury furniture.
Were (15 mins) walking distance to Bronte Beach, Clovelly Beach, Queens Park and Centennial Park, with a bus stop right out front of the building that goes right to Bondi Junction.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven and electric stovetop, a kettle, setlzer maker, microwave, toaster, and all the cookware you could need. We also have a washing machine in unit.
The sublet would come with a free, designated parking spot in back of the building.
Please note were expecting roof waterproofing works done for our building sometime between April - June 2026. This might impact a portion of your stay such as there being scaffolding on the building to ensure safe works, some limited construction noise during the day and seeing workers around the building.
