Im looking for someone to sublease my studio apartment in Downtown Houston from May 18 July 5 while Im studying abroad. (Up to 2 guests) The apartment will be fully furnished and is in a great downtown location close to restaurants, nightlife, and major event venues. The timing lines up well for anyone planning to be in Houston during the World Cup, so it could be a great option for visitors staying several weeks.

Because of my buildings policy, the person staying in the apartment will need to apply with the building like a normal resident. (Message me and I will get the application sent to you) This includes a quick application, background check, and income verification, along with an $85 application fee. Once approved, you would temporarily replace my current co-tenant on the lease during the sublease period. I will continue paying the building directly, and you would pay me for the agreed sublease amount. We would also sign a simple sublease agreement between us outlining rent, dates, and responsibilities so everything is clear and secure for both parties.

Im ideally looking for someone who wants the entire stay (May 18July 5), but Im open to shorter stays as well. Pricing will vary depending on the length of stay, with longer stays receiving a discounted rate and shorter stays priced slightly higher per week.
