beautiful location with everything right next door to the apartments, with 3 pools, 3 gyms, volleyball court, basketball court, tennis court, 2 dog parks and a very nice walking path around all the lakes, has a deck with bug nets and high ceilings. LG laundry in units were installed last month. and the sound proofing is excellent. you only have 1 neighbor on that shares 1 concrete wall with the unit. trash is taken care of by the leasing peoples trash company.
