Hello! Im a law student who will be working outside of Boston for the summer and would like to sublease my room in an awesome little Back Bay apartment. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the T (5 min walk), various convenience and grocery stores (Trader Joes and CVS both around a 10 minute walk), Charles River waterfront for walks, runs, and bikeride (5 min walk), a nearby Planet Fitness gym for other exercise (5 min walk) and an absolute ton of restaurants and stores, including the Newbury St. corridor. Were within walking distance of Boston University, MIT, and the Berklee School of Music (around 15 minutes for BU and MIT, and 5 min for Berklee). The apartment has in-unit washer and dryer, kitchen, and bathroom (all shared with the other two roommates, both in their mid-20s). The room itself isnt huge, but its big enough for desk, bed, and dresser, with some room left over. Speaking of furniture, Ill be leaving mine behind for the summer (including my TV, 4K and around 40 inch.), so no need to bring your own. The apartment also has a huge common area (with great natural light) thats perfect for hanging out and having friends over. Im flexible with the exact start and end dates, just looking for someone to fill in for around 3 months over the summer.
