Looking for a Subleaser from May 1st to August 1st. House has 2 very awesome roommates who are very laid back and very respectful of the space. Currently there are no pets but leasing company is open to small pets under 50lbs.. Company has been very responsive and easy to work with. only a 20 min drive to most locations within Nashville and cool springs/franklin. less than 5 minutes away from Starbucks, Publix, Kroger, and a Walgreens. House has tons of space with a garage, plenty of windows and a skylight for plenty of daylight. More than happy to answer further questions about the space if you would please text me!
