38M looking for roommate in Elyria, OH. Rent is about $550/month with bills split. Current roommate is moving out due to health issues, so Im looking for someone to take the other room.

Im gender-fluid / pan but pretty low-key about it. Id prefer an LGBTQ-friendly roommate or at least someone open-minded. Im still somewhat private and would like to be comfortable at home, including dressing femme sometimes around the house.

I have some health issues so I cook small meals throughout the day and night, so Im in the kitchen at random hours. Nothing loud, just part of my routine.
