I am looking for a friendly and clean Humber lakeshore female student to sublease my basement room from May 01st - July 31st. After the sublease expires, you will have the opportunity to then sign the lease with the landlord if you enjoy your room/house!

As a Humber student, this location is ideal!!!10 MIN walk from the Humber fitness centre, 15 min walk from humber campus. Street cars and buses surrounding the neighbourhood, making travel very convenient and cheap. Long branch go train is down the street - One street car or can walk 30 mins / one bus to get to Keele station. No frills grocery store 20 min walk or 3 min street car ride. 10 min drive from Sherway mall and Walmart.
Surrounded with small food shops and locally owned coffee shops - great for studying! Many fast food chains surroundingthe area as well. Tim Hortons and 7/11 is a 5 Min walk. Subway, Popeyes, Boba, A&W, and Shawarma is around a 10 min walk. Also, a 20 min walk from the water front! really nice area especially in the summer.

This is an all female student housing. You will have full access to the basement kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. Extra storage space for food as well. Private side entrance.

Currently, there are no other female students in the basement, so you will have the full basement to yourself!
Meaning first dibs on storage shelves and fridge/freezer space.
