Sublease (and renew if you want!) our adorable 2 bedroom apartment right across from City Park.

We are looking for someone to take over our lease by April 1. It goes until May 31 but you can renew and stay as long as youd like! Thats what we did.

We have LOVED living in this apartment. Its the corner unit that faces City Park. We go to the park everyday, walk to the Farmers Market that is 3 blocks away and you can hear the Jazz from the jazz in the park all summer long just by opening the windows.

Its pet friendly.

Its 1200sq/ft which is so much room! We use the second bedroom as a home office.

No central air but it stays nice in cool in here with window units due to the solid walls. Also noise has never been an issue here.

We have also always felt so safe living here! The building is only 18 units and everyone is kind. There is a nursing home behind the building and the residences are so friendly and love to say hi to our dog on walks.

There is $750 subleasing fee (instead of a deposit) and a $50 application fee through cornerstone.
