I am moving to my own apartment in April and looking for someone to sublet my current apartment/room from late April-August with possiblity of renewal. Its in North Cambridge, in between Davis and Alewife.

It is a room that is basically your own apartment. Rent is $1,300/month, paid via check. Fully furnished with a bed, a lot of shelving/storage, a large closest with a mirror door and shoe rack, a full sized fridge, microwave coffee maker, large desk and a smart tv.

The landpeople is asking for peoples only, as the floor that the room is on tends to house people college students. It is pet free.
