I (22M) am moving to San Francisco at the end of the month and am looking for someone to move into my 2B2B in downtown San Jose ASAP (start paying for rent in April) that Im currently sharing with my coworker (24M). The lease is over at the end of July. All in all rent comes to $1,900 including monthly utilities, Wi-Fi, and building fees. The parking spot in the garage is an additional $165, but its an optional addition and cancelable at any time. Our living room is pretty spacious, you will have your own bathroom, and the bedroom is on the smaller side (12ft x 10ft) but the closet is pretty large (walk in). Gym, pool, and roof included for free. 5 minute walk to San Pedro Market and 20 minute walk to Japantown and Caltrain/SAP Center.
