Hello, I am sub-leasing my one bedroom apartment in Shadyside as I am moving overseas. It will be available from May, and the lease will end at the end of July. The apartment is currently available for leasing from August onwards through Lobos Property Management. Currently it is furnished with a desk, TV & TV Stand, King Size Mattress, and a single person sofa.
