All apartments are leased by the bed space, meaning each resident signs an individual lease for their room or bed. This provides flexibility because residents are only responsible for their own portion of the rent, not the entire apartment. Utilities are conveniently pre-set up for residents, making move-in simple and stress-free. ArtHaus Telegraph is located directly on Telegraph Avenue, one of Berkeleys most vibrant and iconic streets, directly across from Whole Foods Market and surrounded by restaurants, cafs, grocery stores, and local shops. An AC Transit bus stop is located directly outside the building, and the neighborhood is highly walkable with easy access to everyday essentials. The community is approximately 1 mile from UC Berkeley, about 5 minutes by bike, 10 minutes by bus, or 1520 minutes walking distance. Residents can easily walk, bike, drive, or take public transportation to campus within minutes. Security deposit requirements may vary depending on application screening results.
