DC students & interns!

Im looking to sublet out a townhouse in Foggy Bottom for the summer and fall semester! Its in a perfect location, near capital hill, near the foggy bottom metro (blue, orange, silver) and would be perfect for any internship or short term student visits to DC.

I have four spots for the summer, two for the spring, and (with some additional conditions) one spot for the fall. Please contact me if your interested or want to learn more. Below are some images + the timelines available.

June 1st- August 1st (4 spots, any gender)

August 1st- Dec 31st (one spot open for people students)

Jan 1st- May 7th (two spots open for people students)

900 24th St NW is the address, rent depends on which time your planing on staying here. Assume between 1850-2100 per bed, and the fall stay could be further reduced from there.
