My daughter is subletting her apartment space at The James this summer (starting in early May, at the end of the semester). The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The space is amazing, and the complex is unbelievable! Check out the rooftop space online! Swimming pool, hot tub, big beautiful grills, multiple large screen TVs, sofas and upholstered bench, tables and chairs - its amazing! My daughters roommate will be staying in Madison and living in the apartment, so only one bedroom and the attached bathroom are available.
