Hi, I am moving to attend grad school in September and I need someone to take over my lease. Your stay will start around September 1st, but it is flexible since Im not sure which day Im exactly leaving yet (End of August/Beginning of September), but I can always prorate it if its not exactly the first of September. The lease ends on September 18th, 2027 and will be semi-furnished (dining room table, TV stand, and bean bag chair) This listing is ideally for cat owners!! The rent price includes cat rent, and there are some sweet cats in the neighborhood that I love to feed and pet from time to time. Just fyi, you can only park in uncovered parking spaces (in which there are plenty), and the unit is on the third floor without an elevator (please ensure you can walk up and down daily). Utilities can be set up under your name (I use SRP for electric, AT&T for internet), and there will be additional fees for common area maintenance, pest control, etc, which will total around $75/month. The laundry facilities are near the front office, there is a pool and gym area (pool has its own hours, and gym is only open during office hours).
