NDG is one of Montrals most diverse and fully bilingual communities. The home is walking distance to all amenities, including a metro station and the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC). A short metro ride takes you to the downtown core. At the end of the street, theres a dedicated bike path that goes all the way downtown (and beyond).

Lappartement est entirement meubl, bien quip et conserve une grande partie de son caractre des annes 1920. Tous les services sont inclus (chauffage, climatisation, lectricit, WIFI), ainsi quun lave-linge/sche-linge combin et une tlvision UHD 48 pouces avec Roku.

Il y a deux chambres et deux espaces de travail (bureaux avec portes). Idal pour les professionnels et les artistes qui souhaitent un espace de travail calme et priv.

NDG est lune des communauts les plus diversifies et les plus bilingues de Montral. Lappartement se trouve distance de marche de toutes les commodits, y compris une station de mtro et le Centre universitaire de sant McGill (CUSM), et une courte distance en mtro du centre-ville. Au bout de la rue, une piste cyclable ddie mne directement au centre-ville.
