Hello everyone! I am looking for someone to sublet my room from June 1, 2026 to August 30, 2026 in this 2 beds 1 bath apartment in Allston. This spacious room will be fully furnished, with a full-sized mattress and bed-frame, chairs, desks, dresser, tv, and full-body mirror. You can bring your own furniture if youre interested in doing that instead. Youre roommate will be Jonathan, who stays in the 2nd bedroom. He graduated from Boston College in May 2025 and is a full-time working professional at MGH.

About the apartment itself:
- There are 2 storage closets in the hallway,
- a bathroom with plenty of space,
- and kitchen with a gas-stove, oven, many kitchen cabinets, a refrigerator, cleaning-supplies closet, dishwasher, sink, large pantry, and another storage space.
We are unit 1 out of 6 units. We are on the first floor and the laundry is located right next to our front door and is coin operated.
There is a parking lot in front of the apartment, but it is not included and will cost an extra $150 per month if you are interested. There is also available street parking.

About the neighborhood:
- ~4 minute walk to the 57 bus, which takes you to Fenway/Kenmore and Watertown,
- ~4 minute walk to the 66 bus, which takes you to Roxbury and Harvard Square,
- ~4 minute walk to the 64 bus, which takes you to Oak Square and Cambridge,
- ~8 minute walk to the Ts Green Line, which takes you to Boston College and Downtown Boston,
- ~12 minute walk to the BU shuttle stop at BU West Campus which takes you throughout BU campus and all the way to the BU Med Campus,
- ~15 minute walk to Boston Landing, the commuter rail stop in Allston which takes you to Downtown Boston or Worcester, MA.
- ~8-10 minute walk to a Star Market and an friendly supermarket. There are also Indian, friendly/friendly, and friendly convenience stores within walking distance.
- the nearest gyms, Commonwealth Sports Club and Planet Fitness, are roughly a 10 minutes walk. It is a 15 minute walk to FitRec, GymIt, and Crunch Allston.
- there are 3 BlueBike stations each a 2 minutes walk away from the apt.
- Located near your apartment and throughout the rest of Allston are a ton of restaurants, bars, a club, and karaoke.

Ideally, I am looking for someone who is
- Income-steady and/or has a good track record of paying rent on time
- Clean, tidy, and mindful of their private and common spaces
- Considerate and not into partying inside the unit.
