Looking for someone to take over the rest of the lease which would be April 1st - September 19th with options to stay past those dates. Its in a quite spot walking distance to a King Soopers, harmony marketplace shopping area and Home Depot. Lots of amenities included in rent. Pool, hot tub, gym, dog park and really great maintenance guys! Good internet provided by the complex as well.
