Hello everybody, Im looking for someone to sublet/ take over my lease for my UNFURNISHED 2 bed 1 bath fully renovated modern apartment right at 44th St and McDowell in Phoenix. Ive signed a lease for a new place and want to move in there a couple days after March, and dont want to have to be paying rent for both properties.
The unit is very clean and cozy, and the complex is very quiet, and also very clean. The amenities include a a pool and sundeck, small fitness center, laundry center, clubhouse, BBQ area, small dog park, and a fire pit area. The apartment amenities include stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and modern tile flooring.
Its about a minute away from the 202 and in a perfect spot close to just about everything you need. About 2 minutes away from a Costco which is in the same parking lot as a shopping center with a Frys grocery store, Ross, 5 Below, Target, Petco, Burlington, and the brand new opened Micro Center. There is also a large post office about 5 minutes away as well as quite a few gas stations extremely close by. The apartment is a 5 minute drive from Papago park and around 15 minutes away from Scottsdale Fashion Square. Its just a couple streets away from the wonderful Arcadia area of the city as well.
