Were looking for someone to take over our lease from March through May 2026, as well be moving out a little early. The apartment will handle the lease transfer and background check directly and will coordinate a new 3-month lease for you, so the process is simple and secure.
Rent is $2,384 per month. The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom in Riverside. The community offers a resort-style pool and jacuzzi, river-view hammocks, free kayak and bicycle rentals, a fully equipped gym, a computer and printing station, and a clubhouse that hosts events year-round. There are weekly food trucks, covered garage parking, and the property is gated. Pets are allowed as well.
Management is incredibly helpful and friendly, and the maintenance team is just as great, very responsive and quick to take care of any requests.
The location really speaks for itself. Its directly across the street from Publix in Riverside, next door to Memorial Park, and within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, clinics, grocery stores, and just about everything you need day to day. I walk around the neighborhood at all times of the day with my baby and have always felt very safe.
