Private Room in 5BR / 2BA House Fall 2026 Lease Takeover (Study Abroad)

Hi! My roommates and I are looking for someone to take over our 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom house from approximately August 23 2026 through December 2026 while we study abroad. Exact end date is flexible depending on our return.

This will be processed as an official roommate change through Four Star Realty (not an informal sublet).

Lease Process:

$500 roommate change fee required by management
Must complete application and be approved
Management will issue a formal lease addendum
Move-in and move-out dates will be documented in writing

Once approved, youll be officially added for the agreed fall semester period.

Rent:

$5,614.50 per month
Utilities handled per lease agreement

The House:

5 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms
Full kitchen (dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave)
Washer & dryer in unit
Air conditioning
Street parking available
Located near DU
