Hello! Im looking to sublease my apartment starting May 1st to July 27th. It is a 3-bedroom apartment, with one other female roommate who will be staying in the summer, so Im preferably looking for another female.
The rent is $430, with an additional $25-50 charge if you have a pet. The room comes with a full bathroom, so you dont have to share. Theres in-unit laundry and a great kitchen! The apartment is fully furnished as well.
