Hello Im looking for someone to take over my lease at 21 Oaks next to the UofSC stadium asap. There are 2 other female roommates who are great people and are very friendly. Utilities are not included in the rent. You are able to spilt up your rent into 2 payments if needed. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment.
