URGENT: lease takeover needed ASAP- University of South Carolina

My roommates and I are looking for 3 people to take over our lease at the Verve Columbia for the fall 2025 term. Student community and housing but not just for students and very well centered to downtown. It is 3bd/3bath apartment.

Verve Columbia - 3BR/3BA apartment

1300 per person/ monthly

lease runs through July 31st 2026-2027

Student preferred but not required

This is an amazing apartment and area. Just over the bridge from campus. Amenities are great including a vibrant pool, sauna, furnished gym, golf simulator, lounge and study areas, pet friendly etc.

We need people to take over our lease due to unforeseen circumstances and the verve is filling up rapidly. It is very reliably accessible and the team is extremely helpful with any concerns.
