The Location: 15 Minutes to Midtown Location doesnt get better than this. You are one block (2 minutes) from the 40th St-Lowery St station on the 7 Train, whisking you to Grand Central and Midtown Manhattan in just 15 minutes.
The Neighborhood: "Small Town" Vibe in the Big City Sunnyside is one of NYCs best-kept secretssafe, quiet, and incredibly friendly.
Food & Drink: Youre steps away from the neighborhoods best spots like SoleLuna (Italian), The Lowery, and the famous Butcher Block for sandwiches.
