Subletting my fully furnished room in a prime East Village apartment at 166 1st Ave from Feb 9 Feb 28 for $2,550. Open to extending into March (full month) if its a good fit. Moving out of town for work and already signed my lease elsewhere, so that is the reason for fillings
Private bedroom with closet + empty drawers under the bed (plenty of storage)
in unit washer and dryer + access to private rooftop
Living room + kitchen are shared, but the two other roommates work 9am9pm, so the apartment is very quiet most of the day
