Private bedroom with an attached bathroom. The kitchen, common area/ living room, and study area are shared spaces with 3 other girls. Also includes a unit washer and dryer. There is a balcony that has a beautiful view of downtown Indianapolis. Pets are allowed. The lease is through July 31, 2026

Rent is $749, plus $80 for covered garage parking. Wifi, water, and sewerage are included; you only need to pay for the electric bill. The unit comes furnished with an oversized full mattress and bed frame, and I can throw in a small white desk and a headboard that fit in the room perfectly for free!
The Avenue features a 24/7 fitness center, a pool, and a business center for printing and homework.
