This apartment is a 3 bed, 3 bath with your own bedroom and bathroom in bedroom. The closet is a walk in closet and your bedroom has your own special lock and key. Utilities are included in rent ($64/month) at a flat rate. Washer and dryer are right in the apartment. Everything is newer (wood floors besides in bedroom and closet is carpet, stainless steel appliances, couch and dining room table with chairs is modern and new). It also comes with many amenities like an outdoor pool with a built in volleyball net, a little bar area by the pool where drinks are offered, in the leasing office they have a gym, dance/yoga room, tanning beds, shuffle board, a pool table, free breakfast, coffee, and they even host events monthly in there. Attached to the leasing office is an upstairs where they provide outdoor space to rent out (its free, but so only you and your friends can go) you can smoke, drink, and they have video and board games out there. They also have a huge full sized basketball court, fire pit, free grills, parking is included, sand volleyball and food trucks. The trash is taken care of, snow removal, and lawn care is also all taken care of. Anything maintenance wise is also taken care of and you do not have to pay anything for that. Overall, one of my favorite places to live and im sad to leave, but I am pregnant and have to have different living accommodations.
