I am moving states and need someone to take over lease from middle of March until end of July. Apartment is really big and there is only one roommate who is super nice, loves to cook and do dishes. This is preferably for someone going to UT or in the age range of 21-24. Utilities are not included but average about 100 dollars a month (water+electricity combined). Apartment is in west campus across from UT campus and in ideal location. I would also be open to you renting it for just the summer or we can figure something out.
