The other tenant is a quiet graduate student at UIC. The living room is already fully furnished, and the kitchen has additional space for a new tenant. The bedroom will be unfurnished. Gas, electricity, and internet are not covered and come up to about $100/month. Close to UIC and downtown, and steps away from the 8 and 18 bus routes. The security deposit is one months rent ($ 1,450), and will be returned based on the condition of the room after my lease ends in July.
