Due to job reasons, Im leaving Madison. I want to sublease my 1-bedroom apartment starting on March 1, 2026. The contract is 6 months, from the beginning of March to the end of August. You will have the option to renew the contract with my landlord after that. The trash fee is included in the rent. The electricity, water, and gas utilities are separate.

You will take my security deposit of $250 as well, so you dont have to pay this part. On top of that, Im willing to pay you an additional $500 to take over my lease contract.

I plan to move out on Feb 17, 2026. So although you will start paying rent in March, you can move in as early as Feb 18 if you want.

Once you decide this is a good fit, I will let the landlord know, and we can start the subleasing process.
