This is a lease takeover (sublease) for an existing lease that runs from September 2025 through 2026. I will be moving out starting in February, so Im looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease for the remaining months. The original rent is $1,425 per month, but Im offering the room for $1,000 per month by covering the $425 difference myself. I will pay the $425 per month upfront for each month you agree to take over the lease, effectively locking in the lower rent. Utilities and other lease terms follow the original agreement set by the landlord.
