Looking for someone to take over one half of a 2 bedroom apartment lease in Downtown Chicago. You would be taking over a master bedroom (with its own closets and bathroom) and sharing the apartment with the nicest housemate ever. The apartment overlooks downtown and the lake, so the view is very nice especially in the living room. The building has a social space for gatherings at the ground floor, a laundry room in the basement, and a gym/roof hangout area at the top floor.
Share of monthly rent (excluding utilities) is USD 1,900 per month. Share of utilities (gas, water, electricity, internet) is usually USD 150 per month and varies based on consumption. The other half of rent and utilities is covered by the housemate. The lease comes with a furniture bundle of USD 600. Willing to negotiate prices within reason. Lease takeover duration is from beginning of February till end of July. Willing to start takeover before beginning of February too.
