With this beautiful room for rent in University Town Homes at Charlotte, you are required to be a student with a current schedule at UNC Charlotte, which means the entire community is also students! You will have your own private bathroom, your own room, a parking spot, and wonderful roommates. I really enjoy the community here but have to leave for personal reasons.
