We are moving out at the end of January(28-29th) and looking to sublet our 1bed 1 bath apartment until rest of our lease that ends on March 30th. We will be moving out atleast a couple of days before the end of January so technically it will be available before Feb 1st (depending all the processes required by the property management company are completed by then). Actual Rent is 1550 USD + utilities which comes to 1600 USD but ours is a short term lease so there is an additional 150USD we are paying and ready to cover that for Feb and March (300USD).
Also, there is a $75 Application fee and need to Pass Background Check.
