The full rent for the unit is $2050, but Im covering an extra $100/month as an incentive. Your portion will be $950/month + utilities (internet, gas, and electric).

The location is great if you want to be close to Epic or the Westside. Its right across from a coffee shop & some grocery stores, and a short distance from the highway.
