Its a 3 bedroom apartment. The room is located toward the back of the building so its very quiet. We have a cat in the house. Must be cat friendly. You would be sharing the apartment with two open minded men in their early 40s. Clean and professional. Looking quality. Utilities are additional. We do request a background check and references.

Room rental is $1,300/mo plus utilities split evenly by 3 which would average close to $125 per person. One month deposit required.
