Hi all! Posting on behalf of my roommate. Looking for someone to fill my room in Encino because I am trying to move closer to work.
-Other roommate is a 28-year-old woman working in the service industry and part time in the music industry
-I can vouch- she is very clean and keeps things neat and is a great roommate!
-Large kitchen, front yard with furniture & fire pit, great for hosting
-Rent is 1,750 which includes Wifi&gas, water/garbage/electric are separate
-Must love dogs! Roommate has two people-friendly dogs, 1 yr old and 10 years old **No other pets please
-Apartment is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, ample parking, and off of White Oak, ~5 minutes from the 101 and ~4 minutes from Trader Joes, ~10 minutes from Target, CVS, Encino Commons
-Again, room is fully furnished! Willing to negotiate if youre interested in the shelves/small dresser I have.
