Hello! I am looking for a female to sublease my apartment for the remaining lease, which ends the first week of July. Immediate move in available, January and February rent is paid for! Only $950 a month, plus $30 for a spot in the parking garage. Utilities not included in that price but it is only about $80 a month for utilities. It is a 2 bed 2 bath, with your own private bathroom/closet and laundry located in the apartment. The other room is occupied by a very sweet USF student. This building is mostly students from USF, as this apartment is located within walking distance to USF. If you have any questions dont hesitate to message me, I am open to negotiation as well!!
